Bridgend Burns supper

Come to the legendary Bridgend Farmhouse Burns supper! Celebrate Scotland’s favourite poet with delicious food and entertainment in a beautiful setting.

Enjoy music, speeches (contributions from the floor very welcome) and a wee bit of poetry.

Doors open at 6.45pm for 7pm start. Book your place early to avoid disappointment.

Starter

Beetroot and whisky-cured salmon, house-made oatcakes and whipped smoked butter

or

Beetroot gravadlax with salsa verde, served with crostini

(Oatcakes and crostini contain gluten unless substituted)

Main course

Traditional haggis, neeps and tatties with whisky sauce

or

Vegetarian haggis, neeps and tatties with café au lait sauce

Dessert

Cranachan panna cotta with raspberry coulis
