At this educational workshop, we will explore the best methods to cook the popular South Asian street food; pakora. Now a staple starter in many restaurants, the humble pakora has gone from an easy snack with a cup of chai to a renowned delicacy.

In this workshop you will have the chance to chat through the ingredients, watch the mixing and frying process, and of course taste test! There will also be an opportunity to purchase make-at-home pakora packs for you to test your newly acquired cooking knowledge. Looking forward seeing you. Spaces limited.
