Procrastination Station: ADHD adult evening course

Procrastination Station’s next ADHD Adults 6-Week Face-to-Face Evening Course in Edinburgh is 'Working With Your ADHD Brain'.

Wednesdays: 2 September - 7 October, 6pm - 8pm

Join Carol Stobie - ADHD Coach and ADHDer - in a welcoming space designed to help you better understand your unique brain and unlock your full potential.

As Scotland’s longest-established ADHD-led Community Interest Company, we are dedicated to supporting ADHD adults, with or without a formal diagnosis.

This course provides a supportive space to explore ADHD, develop practical strategies, and connect with peers. With limited local services and lengthy waiting lists for diagnosis, we strive to fill this gap by offering accessible support.

  • Build self-awareness: explore how ADHD shows up and what makes your mind tick

  • Learn practical tools: discover strategies for managing executive function and emotions

  • Change unhelpful patterns: replace stuck habits with healthier routines and behaviours

  • Understand our triggers, our hormones, or overlapping conditions: find out the impact of these and how we can respons

  • Focus on what matters: priorities purpose, self-care and meaningful connection

  • Find your people: share experiences and support in a safe, non-judgemental space

No diagnosis needed.

Don’t let ADHD define you - come and discover what’s possible.

Cost: £110 for full 6 week course (£55 for low income households - contact Carol directly for a discount code)
