The 2nd of our Community Café course in 2018 began Sept...
We were pleased to announce that following the success of our 5 previous training cafes we recieved funding from Awards for All to run 2 more, but this time in our own recently completed training kitchen and cafe at Bridgend Farmhouse.
The 1st of these ran from 21st May to 20th August, the second begins on 24th Sept. Full details for potential trainees wanting to join the 2nd course are in the document and flyers on this page. Attendees working as a team learn cooking skills, run a café for local residents, and can gain qualifications in REHIS Food Hygiene, and Health & Nutrition as well as an SQA in Working With Others. |
