Pride of Place - Craigmillar Castle Park Map

This map is here to help people become better acquainted with this great but underused space in Edinburgh right on our doorstep.
You can refer to it from this page or download the images.
We will also have copies in the notice board outside the farmhouse entrance which will also have a QR code for mobile phones to give you the link to this map page.

You can also download pdf copies in higher resolution which some people will prefer (Note these files are quite large)

Craigmillar Castle Park is a public park managed by City of Edinburgh Council Parks and Greenspaces team. This map was funded by the Local Events fund. Illustrated and designed by Grace Pow
Quote from  City of Edinburgh Council web page:
"Craigmillar Castle Park is a natural heritage park with areas of mature and young woodland, grassland and old quarries. In 1997, over 40,000 trees were planted as part of the millennium forest for Scotland project. This park provides an excellent place to walk, cycle or jog on many different paths to explore the different habitats. The park has been awarded a Green Flag since 2010 in recognition of it being a quality green space."
