As a lifelong enthusiast and environmentalist, and a young and fearless Chef in community led practice, I offer culinary expertise as well as an innovative gastronomic vision, focused on leaving a modern and experimental legacy for Bridgend Farmhouse.
I am keen to lead a successful team, to fulfil not just my personal potential but that of a café that is both community and volunteer led.
I am still the owner of a family based restaurant, established at the heart of a very traditional community located in Mexico City, La Asención, Iztacalco, at Mestizo, Cocina de Barrio. We became a very lovely and authentic venue.
I am a community entrepreneur, concerned not only about gastronomic offerings but to create a rich sensory experience for our guests. Doing the right thing by leading in the industry and putting people first. Each and every connection through our team and shareholders is our opportunity to create an experience that exceeds daily expectations to show how much we care.
